BACKGROUND
As the largest GI group in Central Texas with 13 clinic locations and over 30 physicians, Austin Gastroenterology was looking for a partner to assist with their social media presence and online reputation. The Austin Gastroenterology team wanted to be more responsive to online reviews on Yelp and Google and use social media to drive awareness about gastrointestinal issues and diseases, such as colon cancer.
RESULT
Vanover Marketing created profiles for Austin Gastroenterology on each of the major social and review websites using custom-created imagery and keyword-rich content. Our team then began developing engaging content, local and unique to Austin Gastro such as physician profiles, featured patient reviews, and the latest GI news. By immediately responding to comments, messages and reviews, we enhance Austin Gasto’s customer service and give patients another communication channel to use. With improved customer service and increased awareness about GI issues, the Austin Gastro team can now focus on running their business with peace of mind that their social media presence and online reputation are always being monitored.
